Ticket FAQ

I can’t wait to come! Where do I buy my tickets?

We don’t blame you! There are three ways to buy your tickets. First, you can buy them online here. Second, you can buy them at the Eddie the Eagle Museum in Magna Plaza. Third, you can pick one up at De Brakke Grond on Saturday the 18th. Tickets cost €12 and will let you into (mostly!) everything, but we’ll get to that!

How do I use my ticket to access the event?

It’s easy! When Nuit Blanche finally arrives take your ticket to De Brakke Grond and exchange it for a wrist band. Then go crazy! There’s no set route, no schedule, just follow your heart and see where it leads.

But I don’t wanna buy a ticket! What do I do?

If you don’t have a ticket the Guerilla Restaurant will cost €5, if you’re coming for a snack and a drink instead of the €25 dinner. The Eddie the Eagle Plaza will also cost €5, as will the Brakke Grond, Eye Film Institute and Cracklight District. Rental, Art and Bicycle Maintenance will cost €3 for entry, while bike hire will cost €5 to €7. The performance at the Parool Theatre will cost €2.50.

Yay, I have a ticket! Do I still have to pay for anything?
The Happy Hooker part of the Mini Tour costs €5 whether you have a ticket or not, and you will need to email mirjam@nuitblancheamsterdam.nl to make a booking. Dinner at the Guerilla Restaurant costs €25, and bookings are essential.

We hope we have presented you the most useful information. For more details and a map with all the locations, check out the following website: www.nuitblancheamsterdam.nl

And as a last tip: Sleep as much as you can these days because on Saturday night a 12-hours adventure is being prepared for you!

Any plans for tomorrow?

Thursday, 26th May, Eleven Events is proud to present the event "Through the Eyes of a Child" in collboration with ROC and Brotherhood4Real. As you could see until now we wanted to introduce you to the artists who are going to perform tomorrow evening. Since there is only one day left until the event today is the perfect day to introduce you to Gino!

Gino Cochise van Ligten (02 October 1990) was born in a very musical family, with his parents Julya Lo’’ko (professional singer) and Erwin van Ligten (professional guitarist). At the age of five Gino started playing the drums with more than passion.
As Gino got older he got more experienced within music and broadened his talents with learning bass, percussion, guitar and  keyboard.  Gino – Cochise always heard music in his head and because he got better at playing these instruments Gino could realize his musical fantasies. With all these experiences, door after door opened for Gino Cochise, whereas this formed his dream.
Go international with his own band, compose and produce and get acknowledgment as a worthy musician/drummer who appeals to people for his uniqueness and creativity. So far his highlight has been the price for best singer/songwriter of Holland 2010 in which he played along with the young and talented singer Nicole Bus, for whom he wrote two songs (Fly Away & More than life). He composed every part of these songs, from music to lyrics to vocals.
Since 2011 his promising band “The Muffin Majors” is complete and is he ready to take over the world.
On May 26, 2011 Gino – Cochise may show all his talents at his very first show: “Through the Eyes of a Child” at MuzyQ, Amsterdam.

Are you ready to meet Feliciana?

This week is an important week for us at Eleven Events. Thursday we are waiting for all of you to join us and have a great experience at muzyQ Amsterdam. In order to get more familiar with the venue you can check the following link. http://www.muzyq.com/

Today we are going to introduce you another great artist from the line-up of the event "Through the Eyes of a Child".

Introducing Netherlands own miss Feliciana Cacciapuoti…

This gifted singer by the young age of 19 is planning to take The Netherlands by storm, and soon to follow the whole world. Not only does this star on the rise have a unique voice, but she also writes her own lyrics and music. Her passion, beauty, talent and determination only point one way : to the top!!
It all started at the age of 7 when Feliciana played dressed-up, got into the roll of one of the Spice Girls and performed all of their songs in a surprisingly talented way for her age. While growing up in a house full of music , she was inspired by her fathers Italian, and her mothers Dutch influences. Her interest for music quickly developed into her passion and is currently turning into her way of life: “As a young creative being , I have the incredible hunger to express myself. If I couldn’t express myself creatively I would be a very sad and especially depressed person.”

Feliciana is working as a singer/songwriter and writes besides for herself also for various artists from the UK and the US. “Writing is my therapy, my way of explaining my mindstate and my way of expressing my feelings.” Also Feliciana has her own production team called The Difference (www.myspace.com/thedifferenceofficial) with whom she works on her own repertoire.
As a performing artist Feliciana has already rocked the stage at big Dutch venues like Melkweg, Paradiso, Panama, and Supperclub.
Next to doing her own repertoire Feliciana also performed as one of the backing vocalists of Aischa Traidia and is currently singing as one of the backings of La Melodia Vibing High (2007) , Electronic Love (2010) (www.lamelodia.com). Upon request she also did a successful showcase for one of the biggest record labels in the world, EMI, who have been interested in this artist ever since they heard her sing. This gifted singer has a lot to offer, no doubt in her mind she will soar straight to the top.

     We hope your ready,
     because Feliciana is!

Let us introduce you Ironlaw

As you all know already we are an events company and we are working on different projects. After the success with MasterPeace experience we started working on our next event. It is called "Through The Eyes Of a Child " and it is going to take place on 26th of May at muzyQ Amsterdam.
In order to get you more familiar with what is going to happen that night and to pique your interest we are going to present you with the biographies of the artists performing that night and more details about the event during the next days.
Today we are going to start by introducing you Ironlaw. A multi-talented artist who deserves all your attention, especially if you are looking for fresh, new upcoming artists.

Singer/songwriter, rapper/mc, composer and dancer Lawrence Irons was raised in the artistic center of Germany, Berlin, with an Afro-American father and German mother.Entertainment, music and dance was the domestic norm growing up in the rehearsal rooms of his father’s dance/theater school with the rhythms of rap, pop, jazz and r&b music surrounding his life.

To this day Lawrence’s musicality and personality has always demanded the center of attention, claiming the eyes and ears of the people who see or hear him perform.
Now for over a decade, Lawrence’s childhood pastime has become his profession, constantly creating new music and looking for the everlasting showcase that would bring satisfaction to him and his desires.

In 2001 he left Berlin for Rotterdam to study modern dance at the “Rotterdamse Dansakademie” (Codarts) where he graduated with a bachelor degree in 2005. He toured internationally, performed in numerous dance repertoires and worked with top choreographers during his education. In 2010 Lawrence joined “Dance Works Rotterdam/Andre Gingras” as a professional dancer.
He founded his own record label “Ironlaw-Entertainment” in 2008 under which he releases his work including his solo debute album “When I Look Back” in 2009. With the branch “Ironlaw-Education” he offers workshop experiences in dance and sports to public schools and the community.
Lawrence also produces and performes at parties called “Nu-Forms” in Rotterdam with dance improvisation, spoken words and live music and was co-producer and frontman in “Coalition Of The Wicked” who has been active in the Dutch crossover scene from 2004 till 2007.

As “Ironlaw” he performed on countless venues as a singer/frontman, mc/host and dancer such as; Park Pop, Noorderslag, Vier Daagse, Uitmarkt, Pop Ronde, Bevrijdings Festival, Oranje Pop, Amsterdam Dance Event, Robodock Festival, Nu-Moon Festival, Holland Dance Festival etc.
Besides his music and dance career Lawrence participated in professional Thai Boxing competitions but gave this up while joining Dance Works Rotterdam/Andre Gingras.

So as you can see, even if Ironlaw is not mainstream his involvement and devotion for the music and arts in general could serve as an example to many other mainstream artists.

If we made you curious even a little bit than we are waiting for you to come and join us on 26th of May in Amsterdam and see what Ironlaw has been up to.

To find more details about Ironlaw's albums and to hear his songs you can visit his website @ www.ironlaw-entertainment.com
